Dorsell Performance™ · Operator tier

You keep building
through the friction.

This is the paying room for the people who matter-of-factly run hard and build urgent, important things — operators who would rather measure the work than talk about it. A bet on you and the work you're carrying, not a course funnel.

The gate

$500/mo · open.

The gate filters committers. This isn't a free lead magnet — paying $500/mo is the signal that the work you're bringing is real, and the room is built around people whose work is real.

A weekly execution hold with the room

A standing cadence with the people who run hard. Bring the work you are trying to land — leave with the next set of moves.

Direct line when the friction compounds

A real channel to people whose job is to clear the path. Not a knowledge base. Not a Slack channel.

The bigger room — opened when the cohort locks

A small, paying cohort of operators. Committers — not browsers.

First verified result

The first proof — measured outcome.

The first 90-day cohort closed. The outcomes are listed — what each operator set out to land, and what shipped. Before, after, and the timeframe it took. Measured on the number that moved, not on enthusiasm.

Owner placeholder — reference shape

  • name — customer name + role (required)
  • before → after — the metric that moved, with units + timeframe (required)
  • quote — one short sentence the customer would stand behind (required)
  • company — optional context (company, sector, team size)
The invitation

The invitation to
the bigger room.

The room is open now. Joining goes through Stripe Checkout — $500 a month, billed monthly. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time, and if you cancel before the first charge processes you won't be billed at all.

You've already done the Starter. This is the trapdoor to the work that scales — and the room where that work gets held accountable.

You can cancel before the first charge.

Before we open the room

We hold the cohort small on purpose. The people on this list hear from us once — when the cohort locks, with the date, the price, and a direct path to claim the seat. No marketing in between.

If the cohort doesn't lock this cycle, we don't charge you. The list survives until it does.

Need team accounts?

Running this across a leadership team? Enterprise adds multi-seat admin controls, team billing via Stripe, consolidated cohort reporting, and a direct line to priority support — at the org scale the operator tier is built for one seat at a time.
